Network Health, a Wisconsin health insurance company, sought to cut the confusion surrounding healthcare and put consumers at ease by engaging Millennials and Baby Boomers to better understand their changing health insurance needs and establish authentic relationships with them. To do so, they sought the advice of AE Marketing Group.

AE Marketing Group used co-creation to launch the Co-Create Wisconsin Movement, which empowered consumers across the state to share their ideas and work hand-in-hand with Network Health to improve the health insurance experience from the outside-in by designing new products, services, and experiences – together.

Co-Create Wisconsin was not only a win for consumers, but it’s by-product impact on Network Health’s brand and customer experience was been equally impressive.

As a result of this movement of Millennial and Baby Boomer Co-Creation:

  • Customer satisfaction at Network Health improved to 92%, exceeding Wisconsin and national customer satisfaction levels.
  • Network Health saw a 900% brand growth in online community engagement.
  • Network Health created a  member portal and made website UX improvements.
  • The AMA, Insight Innovation Exchange, Health Plan Alliance, Huffington Post, Innovation Learning Network, and more recognized Network Health and AE Marketing Group.
