Also, B2C eCommerce has made shopping and shipping a seamless way to get what you want when you want it. While many of us, including myself, are working professionals for B2B companies, we are all B2C consumers outside of our day jobs. So, we need to take a look and learn from our parallel industries that have really mastered how to talk to the consumer, because we’re all consumers.
